Skinecare Tips

This time of year is the worst for your skin! My skin always starts to break out and get super dry,due to all the drinking and bad eating, lol. So, here are the best skincare tips I can give you to revive your skin! 

 

1. DRINK WATER!!

Staying hydrated is huge for your skin. When your drinking a lot of cocktails during the holidays, your skin gets very dried out so drink way more water than you normal! 

 

2. EXFOLIATE! 

I exfoliate my skin every day. Usually, at night. I love my Vanity Planet spinner. This helps a lot, if you're wearing makeup when you go out, but even if you aren't wearing that much makeup, you should still be exfoliating. Also, when you dry your face with a towel...pat dry, don't scrub!

 

3. MOISTURIZE! 

I have extremely dry skin, so I try to moisturize three times a day but, if I'm out and about and that's not possible...I always do in the morning AND at night! My top three moisturizers are Quench from Beauty Bio, Honey Drop from Farmacy, and Orogolds deep day moisturizer

 

4. SUNSCREEN SAVES YOUR SKIN!

If you're planning on going outside, at all, wear sunscreen! I promise it will make a huge difference. And it'll protect your skin and keep it young for longer! 

 

5. MASKS!! 

I LOVE a good face mask. My top three for the holidays are Volitions detoxifying mask, Farmacys Honey Potion, and Peach Slices sheet masks!
