Sometimes, it’s easy to get caught up in your emotions. Fear is extremely powerful, and it can be so hard to get yourself out of that mindset when you're already there. In times like these, it's so important to stay positive.
To be completely transparent, I don't think it's bad to feel emotional, I think allowing yourself to feel, can validate the truth of our reality. But it's also crucial that you find a healthy outlet to help release that negative energy. Dancing, journaling, cooking, and painting, those are just a few of the ways I like to vent. Never allow yourself to dwell in a negative space. Being hopeful is all we can do to stay positive in a time of so much uncertainty.
How To Find Hope In a Dark Place
1. Your loved ones- I know this can also strike fear if you're worried about the health of a loved one. Maybe instead of feeding into fear, try to cherish each moment spent with each other.
2. Meditate on gratitude- Find something in each day to be grateful for. It can be as simple as "I am grateful for my jammies" Gratitude is the highest vibration.
3. Journal and reflect- When you write down how you feel, you can separate yourself from your emotions.
This is my favorite outlet, because often, you can find the solution to your problem and the realization that it'll all be ok.
4. Have faith - Believe in something. Trust.
We might be going through a tough time but, we're all in it together. You are not alone.
