This is the best recipe when you have nothing in the fridge except for marinara sauce and chicken.
It's probably the easiest thing I've ever made and so delicious!
All you're going to need is parmesan cheese, chicken breast, and marinara sauce. Preferably the marinara from Whole Foods.
1.Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and basil.
2. Put olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat and cook chicken on both sides until lightly browned.
3. Add the marinara sauce over the chicken and turn the heat down to low. Cover and let cook for at least 5 min.
4. Add parmesan cheese and mix it into the marinara sauce. Let the cheese melt, then serve hot!
